A week, not a pile of workouts
The engine considers your running, lifting, available days, and fixed commitments together. Every planned session comes with a reason.
A free hybrid training planner
You don’t have to choose one. Bring your runs, your lifts, and your real-life commitments into a week you can actually use.

For people who do both
A running plan doesn’t see your squat session. A lifting log doesn’t know about Thursday practice. Put the whole week in view.
The engine considers your running, lifting, available days, and fixed commitments together. Every planned session comes with a reason.
Move a session, skip for time or fatigue, or delete it. These aren’t the same signal, and the planner doesn’t treat them as one.
Log weight, reps, and effort set by set on your phone. After the offline copy is ready, reopen and log without a connection.
Choose the classic run-and-lift path. Tell it about a usual run, how often you train, your equipment, and the days you have.
Review recommended exercise cards and add immovable commitments. No blank spreadsheet. No guessed starting weights.
Use your calendar, record what you actually did, and plan the next week from there. Rest doesn’t break a streak. There are no streaks.
“Dodgeball world champs.
Bangkok.
And I still want to lift.”
A sample goal you can explore inside the planner.
Optional AI. Clear boundaries.
Connect a compatible local model or your own API to interpret a free-text goal and suggest compatible exercise cards. You review the suggestions.
The model never sets your weights, reps, duration, or schedule. The deterministic engine does the planning, with safety checks applied separately.
The full run-and-lift planner works without AI. No model is bundled; an external provider may charge for use. Sport examples are supporting plans, not complete championship coaching.

An early, open project. Here’s what it does, and what it doesn’t.
The planner is free and MIT licensed. There is no trial, subscription, or account. Optional third-party AI services are separate and may charge for API use.
It stays in this browser on this device, in IndexedDB. There is no training-data server or automatic sync. Use JSON export/import to move a backup between devices; clearing browser data can delete your local records.
Yes, after opening the planner online and confirming its offline copy is ready. Reopen /app/ in the same browser to plan and log offline. A remote AI service still needs a connection.
No. AI is an optional goal-interpretation and bounded content layer. The engine controls the prescription, scheduling, and safety checks. You can plan and log without an API key.
Not yet. FIT and Apple Health activity imports are not implemented, and there is no Garmin account connection. The current starting point is entered manually.
No. It is a supporting planner for people with an established training baseline. It does not teach lifting technique, diagnose pain, measure readiness, or promise a race peak. The scheduling model uses estimates, and safety checks cannot guarantee injury prevention.
Less juggling. More training.
Start with the training you actually do. Build a week around the life you actually have.
